- 2 Oct 1992. “I am the way, the truth & the life.” — “Mmhmm, yes!”
- “Had my first coffee at age 12.” “Start with a *DREAM* of opening a café.”
- “Hit the fast-forward button. Stepping into family life and grown-up adventures.”
- 2017. Divorce. Lost of hope. In fear. Psychotic depression.
- “Look back.” — “I AM still here.”
- “Come to ME, I will guide you.”
- “Step out of the traffic! Take a long, loving look at ME, you’re still that little girl I know who loves coffee so much.”
- “Just trust ME.”
- “Everything will be OK one step at a time. EMBRACE COFFEE To Brew your DREAMS.”
- 1 June 2020. Arise opens — lockdown, takeaway only: coffee, homemade cake, in-house coffee roasting.
- 2026 Update. After many years of battling mental health challenges, she has received healing from Jesus and no longer needs medications.
